• English fellowships are scheduled to set up lunch and Canaan Fellowship will clean up today. Please note and come to help.
• Today is joint baptismal service including children. Children will only join the worship, baptism and testimonials sharing, and will return to the Orange program afterward. Baptismal candidates are: Ericson So, Rita Leung, Raymond Tsui & Eddie Kwan.
• If you haven’t filled out the faith pledge form last Sunday, please get it on the reception table and drop it into the drop off box on the reception table. The goals for both the Mission Fund & Pastor Lewis and Felain Lam, ministering in the Germany, are $114,515 & $10,000 respectively. Please pray for these pledges and His guidance to respond to the need of the mission ministry for 2017.
• 2016 Mission Conference Handbook is available, please pick one up at the reception table or download from church web site.
• Elder and Deacon Meeting will take place this Sat (Dec 10) at 9:30am in Room 1-3. All 2016 & 2017 Elders & Deacons please attend.
• 2017 Church Calendar “You Lead Me All the Way” is available for pick up at the reception table. Due to limited quantities, we are distributing one calendar per family.
• Christmas Eve Musical Worship “A Child Is born” will be held on Dec 24 (Sat) at 7:30pm. Please invite your family and friends to join this joyful event.
• Our target set for Pastor Lewis & Felain Lam mission fund this year is $10,000. We have received $9,750 right now. Please continue to support

our missionaries in your prayer.

• Yung’s retirement thanksgiving joint service will be held on Dec 18 at 10:30am. The speaker is ECD superintendent Dr. John Healey. There will be no Sunday School, Snack Ministry and Awana Clubs on that day. And the farewell lunch will be after Joint Service at 12:30pm at Scarborough Buffet (1221 Markham Road & Ellesmere Road). Please reserve your time to join. You can register with your fellowship chairperson with the fee or with Alice Kwong from Carmel Fellowship. Deadline of registration is next Sunday, Dec 11. If you have any performance, please register with your fellowship chair too. Lunch fees as follows:

• Daniel Tang & Pastor Anthony Yuen will take a day off this Friday, Dec 9.
• Finance announcement: Our church deficit amounts to $108,529.55 at the end of October. By God’s grace, we would need around $34,000 offerings weekly in November and December in order to balance our forecast expense. Please continue to pray for our needs and brothers and sisters’ steadfast offering.
• Joe Chan will take his leave from Jan to Apr next year to complete his D. Min thesis. The details are as follows: From January 2 to March 9, is his remaining annual leave of 2016, annual leave of 2017, study leave of 2017 and make up holiday. And from March 10 to April 30 is a no pay leave.
• 2016 Winter Camp will be held in Countryside Camp in Cambridge on Dec 26 to Dec 29(Mon – Thu). The theme is Inside Out. Please pray for the speaker, Pastor Aaron Owen, the message and the open hearts of participants.
• A special retirement booklet is being put together as a gift for Rev. Yung as he will be retiring at end of 2016. To contribute, please use the specific paper available in the mail slot marked “Pastor Yung’s Retirement”. Please return these completed encouragement notes to Grace Tang by Dec 11 (next Sun).
