- Due to Dr. Siew is sick, we thank you Dr. Annette Ford from Toronto Chinese Alliance Church for coming to replace Dr. Siew to encourage us today.
- Next week English fellowships are scheduled to set up lunch and clean up. Please note and come to help.
- Congregational fellowship lunch will take place today in the gym after English Sunday School and Chinese Sunday Service.
- The 30th Anniversary Committees will have a meeting today at 1:45pm in room 4.
- Elder Board Resolution in September: i) It is resolved to repair the compressor of the air conditioner in the gymnasium for a cost not exceeding $3,000.00. ii) It is resolved to transfer $100,000 from the General Fund to the Building Fund to offset its deficit. iii) It is resolved to offer $5000.00 to C&MA, $5000.00 to ECD and $2000.00 to CCACA from the Mission Fund.
- The 30th Anniversary Commemorative Scrapbook will be placed on the reception table after every Sunday Service until Oct 7 for the congregation to sign or write a testimonial. In addition, the thanksgiving banquet will be held on Oct 7 at 5pm at Scarborough Buffet (1221 Markham Road, #1a). Please be on time to celebrate with us. - Our church forecast expenses is $738,951. Until end of Aug, we have received $366,731; therefore, from Sept to Dec we need $20,700 offering each week. Please continue to pray for our needs and brothers and sisters’ steadfast offering.
- Family Ministry will be hosting a two days workshop on how to overcome the misunderstanding, improve communication and strengthen bonds between youth & parents. The first day of workshop will be for parents only on Oct 14 (Sun) from 1:30-3:30pm. The second day of workshop will be for both parents and youth on Oct 27 (Sat) from 10am to 3pm. - Pastor Darren Tsang will be on vacation on Oct 1-7 (Mon-Sun).

- Local Short Term Mission: Our church will go to Toronto Alliance Church in downtown on Oct 20, Sat to provide dinner to low income or homeless people. Those who are interested, please go to tac.ccac.church to register or contact Derek Ng or Adi Lau for detailed information.
