Monthly English prayer meeting will be held today in the library at 1pm. We encourage you to come and pray with us.
The General Meeting will be held today after Chinese Service to approve the three member representatives of pastoral searching committee. The three member representatives are: Noah Chang, Jim Tsang and Andrew Chan. And the representatives of the Elder Board are Carmen Ho and Grace Tang. This search committee will be in effect on January 1, 2019. We request all members to please stay to attend the General Meeting.
Our church will go to Toronto Alliance Church in downtown this Sat to provide dinner to needed people. Those who are interested to join and make a pot of soup, please contact Derek Ng or Adi Lau. Also, we would like to collect canned foods or instant noodles that are not expired yet. You can put the items in the collection box by today.
Youth Inter-Fellowship Connection. On Friday, December 14, both 412 and Themelios will be joining other Alliance youth groups for fellowship at Scarborough Chinese Alliance Church. The night will run from 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm at SCAC. Please find the consent form and further details at youth.ccac.church.

Christmas Eve Joint Worship “The Perfect Christmas” will be held on Dec 24 (Mon) at 7:30pm. Please invite your family and friends to join this joyful event.
Our church will send a short-term mission team to Taiwan to teach English from July 4th to 17th next year. Cornerstone Chinese Alliance Church will be given first priority. Deadline for priority registration is Jan 6, 2019. After Jan. 6, if there is space, we will open registration to other churches. Please go to taiwan.ccac.church to register. Also, during Father’s Day in June next year, two to four members will be sent to Mexico City for a one-week mission. Anyone interested, please contact Derek Ng or Thomas Chang.
Themelios Retreatwill be from December 21 – 24 this year at Countryside Camp. Please pray for the speaker, the message and the open hearts of participants.

Our church forecast expenses is $684,361. Until last Sunday, we have received around $559,000; therefore, in Dec we need $25,000 offering each week. Please continue to pray for our needs and brothers and sisters’ steadfast offering.
