Today, English fellowships are scheduled to set up lunch and clean up. Please note and stay around to help.
Awana Clubs will be resumed next Sunday, Jan 13.
New term of Sunday School will start today. The adult course is “Introduction to Systematic Theology” in rooms 10-11 and the High School course will be as usual in rooms 2-3.
Next Sunday during pastoral prayer, we will especially pray for our 2019 Elders & Deacons of English Ministry. In addition, please remember our new Elders & Deacons in your prayer. They are Jason Cheung, Carmen Ho, Arthur Wong & Bobby Ho.
Our church will send a short-term mission team to Taiwan to teach English from July 4th to 17th this year. Cornerstone Chinese Alliance Church will be given first priority. Deadline for priority registration is today. After today, if there is space, we will open registration to other churches. Please go to taiwan.ccac.church to register. Also, during Father’s Day in June this year, two to four members will be sent to Mexico City for a one-week mission. Anyone interested, please contact Derek Ng or Thomas Chang.
Monthly English prayer meeting will be held on second week of the month in library at 1pm. We encourage you to come and pray with us.
Starting this year, Canaan Fellowship will use rooms 8-9 & rooms 10-11 for lunch on Sunday; therefore, those rooms are available for booking after 2pm.
Application for June’s baptism is OPEN. Please hand in application forms to either Pastor Darren Tsang, Cecilia Ho, or Philip Cheung by Feb 24 (Sun).
The deadline for submitting articles or department reports for 2018 Church Annual Report is Feb 24 (Sun). All the 2018 & 2019 elders and deacons are asked to take note.
Anyone if there are any expenses for 2018, please submit the claim form by Jan 16 (Monday).
