Happy Father’s Day. Words are never enough to thank you for all that our Fathers do. We ask our God to bless them with love and care.
Elder Board has approved Priscilla Li to be the English Youth deacon for Sunday School; therefore, today we are going to have commissioning prayer for her.
Next week, our guest speaker is C&MA international workers Wade & Cara from Central Asia.
Thursday night badminton activity will be cancelled in July & August.
T-Shirts for SALE– For our church mission program, we are selling T-Shirts to raise funds. There are several options available. If there is interest, please browse at the table downstairs. The cost will be $20 per shirt, 2 for $35, a family of four would be $60. We have a few adult large and medium shirts available on a first come first serve basis. When our supply has run out, we will take down orders with payment. All ordered T-Shirts will be delivered before June 30. The sizes range from Children S/M/L and Adult S/M/L/XL. Today is the LAST DAY to sell T-shirts!
Church Fun Day will be held on July 27 (Sat). Please reserve your time and invite your friends & relatives to attend. Detailed information will be on poster.
Anne Louie recently found a one bedroom unfurnished apartment. Our church is now fundraising the cost of buying furniture and appliances for her with the target of $2,400. The period of donation is from now to July 28. Please designate your offering to “Rev. Anne’s furniture” on the offering envelope.
For those that would like to understand and pray for the Taiwan Short Term Missions Trip, please follow our blog: taiwan.ccac.church. The same information will also be posted on the church Facebook page. New information will be posted each day introducing the mission, specific needs, and introducing individual members on the team. We also have a bulletin board downstairs with individual prayer requests and some general information about this mission. On behalf of the entire Taiwan STM team, thank-you for your prayers and support!
Please be reminded since most of the mission expenses will occur in the first half of the year, please make offering to the Mission Fund as soon as possible.
