We welcome our guest speaker Rev. Dr. Bruce Edwards, English Pastor at Markham Chinese Alliance Church to preach for us today.
Sunday School will be a joint class for high school students and adults in Room 1-3. Our speaker Rev. Dr. Bruce Edwards and his wife Dr. Donna Edwards will be joining us for a Q&A on today’s sermon topic of the preciousness of life.
General Membership Meeting will take place today right after Chinese Sunday service. All members please reserve your time to attend. A list of eligible voting members is posted on the bulletin board outside Sanctuary. Agenda as follows: a) To elect Daniel Wong & Christy Tang as congregation representatives of 2020 Elder Nomination Committee.

Application for Dec’s baptism is OPEN. Please hand in application forms to either Pastor Darren Tsang, Cecilia Ho, or Philip Cheung by Aug 25 (Sun).
Themelios will be going on break in August in order to train and prepare next year’s committee. We will resume in September.
There is no Awana Clubs starting today to Sept 8. There is a summer children program from 9:30-11:00am for age 3 to Grade 6.
Post-Secondary Q&A Forum.For all parents and prospective students. Come hear our current students share about post-secondary life and answer all your questions about the transition ahead. Join us on Friday, August 2 from 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm in Room 1-3. All are welcome.
Rev. Dr. Joe Chan is taking vacation leave until Aug 13. He will return to the church on Aug 14.
Anne Louie recently found a one-bedroom unfurnished apartment. Our church is now fundraising the cost of buying furniture and appliances budgetd $2,400. The period of donation is from now to July 28. Please designate your offering to “Rev. Anne’s furniture” on the offering envelope.
