  • 2019 offering receipts(for income tax purpose) are ready for pick up today. Please sign for the receipt at the reception table after Sunday Service.
  • Our church will re-elect 2 new member representatives to join the Senior Pastor Search Committee. Please submit in writing to Carmen Ho or email to nomination@ccac.church by today.
  • We are having a Praise and Prayer Night this Sat (Feb 22) in rooms 1-3 at 8pm. Come join us for a time of singing and supplication!
  • Elders and Deacons Meeting will take place on Mar 14, Sat at 9:30am in Room 1-3. All Elders & Deacons please take note.
  • February English Prayer Meeting is rescheduled to February 23 due to long weekend and Sunday School class arrangements.  Please join us for class on February 16 and for prayer on February 23.
  • Please note the change in the worship service order on Sundays. We will only be doing Doxology on Communion Sundays (first Sunday of each month). Many factors were considered, but the main purpose of doing this is to improve worship flow and to maintain the meditative mood the sermon brings. Should there be further questions, please reach out to Rev. Darren or Emma about it.
  • The deadline for submitting articles or department reports for 2019 Church Annual Report is Feb 23 (next Sun). All the 2019 & 2020 elders and deacons are asked to take note.
  • Application for June’s baptism is OPEN. Please hand in application forms to either Rev. Darren Tsang, Cecilia Ho, or Philip Cheung by Feb 23 (next Sun).
  • Children Summer Day Camp will be held on July 13-31 (Mon to Fri) for children from JK to Grade 6.Early bird registration runs until Mar 15 (Sun). Registration forms are available on the reception table or church web site vbs.ccac.church. Please fill out the form & submit to Children department together with the camp fee (cheque). You are welcome to invite children outside our church to join.
  • House keeping reminder: In order to minimize the spread of the germs, the following are the suggested prevention protocol:  1) If you have any signs of illness (fever, cough & cold etc.), please stay at home and rest.   2) If you are coughing and/or sneezing, please wear a mask.    3) If you’ve travelled to Wuhan or mainland China, please rest at home for 14 days before returning to join church functions.  4) If you’ve come in close contact with anyone who has travelled to infected areas in the past 14 days, please rest for 14 days as well.  5) Sanitize your hands before and after anything you touch that is shared (i.e. door knobs, basketballs, tables, etc.), and especially before meals. Wash your hands with soap if they are visibly soiled.  6) When we greet each other, please smile and wave your hands. We will not shake hands.  7) Please pray that the virus disappears and the sick are cured. May the Lord bless and keep everyone healthy!
