Bulletin for January 8, 2023

• English Online Prayer Meeting will be on every Wednesday at 8 p.m. on ZOOM1 (pw: 4757). Information is on the church website. All are welcome to join.
• We welcome our guest speaker Dr. Benjamin Li to share with us today.
• We will have Installation prayer for 2023 elders and deacons today during pastoral prayer.
• If anyone has any expenses for 2022 that they would like to claim, please submit the claim form by Jan 15, 2023 (Sunday).
• 2024 Elders Nomination Committee for 2 representatives from members. Nomination period: Jan 9 – Feb 27 (Sun).     – Qualification for Nomination Committee Members:1) Must remain as voting member for at least two years immediately prior to the election.2) Must have continuously served in a church position for at least two years.- For nominating a Nomination Committee Member:1) The nominator must be a member for at least two (2) years and be a voting member in the previous General Meeting.2) The nomination must be seconded by another voting member, and submit in writing with 2 signatures of qualified church members, or in email with 2 email addresses of qualified church members to our Senior Pastor Rev. Brian Wong (brian.wong@ccac.church), who is the Chairman of the Nomination Committee.Note: this is different from qualification of Elder nominees.
• The English Service has stopped streaming We hope that those who are still joining us online will be able to come in-person. We will still record the sermon and post it afterwards onto our church’s YouTube channel.
• Rev. Daniel Tang is currently taking vacation leave until today.
