- English Online Prayer Meeting will be on every Wednesday at 8 p.m. on ZOOM1 (pw: 4757). Information is on the church website. All are welcome to join.
- We welcome our guest speaker Johnny Dalisay, from Community of Christ’s Disciples, to preach for us this morning.
- Next Sunday is Communion Sunday. Please prepare your heart to remember the Lord.
- The Church is hiring a part-time Children & Family Ministry Assistant. Please go to the link for details.
- The deadline for 2024 Elders Nomination Committee for 2 representatives from members is today. Please submit by writing or email to the chair of the committee Rev. Brian Wong (brian.wong@ccac.church) by the end of today.
- The 2022 donation receipts had been mailed out or picked up. If you have any enquiry, please email to office@ccac.church. If you have made donations online, please download the donation receipts from canadahelps.org.
- The English Congregation will be joining several sister Alliance churches to have a joint Good Friday Worship Service on April 7th, 4-5:30 p.m. at Scarborough Chinese Alliance Church. Afterwards, there is an optional dinner and reflection time (~5:30-7 p.m.) for adults. This is also a great time to fellowship with other brothers and sisters from other churches. Please click on the link here to register. The cost for dinner will be $10 per person. After registration, please give all dinner money to Pastor Joe. He will be collecting the funds on behalf of our church. We are also recruiting 5 table discussion facilitators and 2 helpers to clean-up. Please speak to Pastor Joe if you would be willing to serve.
- We will be having an adult retreat later this year on August 11-13 at Redeemer University. We are recruiting leaders to help plan and organize this retreat. Please speak to Pastor Joe if you would be willing to serve.
- Life Groups are launching in May! These groups are for our adults and they’ll be replacing the current Small Groups. Please go to the English website frontpage to sign-up before April 9. For questions, please ask Pastor Joe.
- English ministry volleyball outreach will be on every Monday from 7:30 to 9:30PM. Feel free to invite your friends. If you have any questions, please contact Philemon Cheung.
- Baptismal class will start next Sunday, March 5. Those interested, please speak to Philip, Adi, or any of the pastors.
- We are recruiting volunteers for Children Summer Day Camp. Online registration can be found at this link.
- Teens Conference 2023 is an annual conference for Grade 7-12 students and will be held in-person from March 13-16. Space is limited. Go to this link for details.
- Rev. Brian Wong is taking day off to go to the US for his studies until Feb 26.
