Incoming Grade 9 Students, Ambassadors for Christ (AFC) is hosting NeXus. This event connects incoming high school students with Christian upper years and shares info on things like fellowships in high school. Tuesday, August 15, from 7:00 – 8:30 pm at North York Chinese Baptist Church. Register by August 11 at this link.
Thursday badminton activity is still cancelled in Aug.
Beginning with the General Meeting in March 2024, Member voting eligibility will be determined according to the requirements of the current church by-law’s “voting members”. Please be sure to sign in when you attend Sunday Service in order to fulfill the eligibility to vote in the future.
Offering through E-transfer is now available. From your bank’s website, you can donate via Interac e-Transfer within the transfer / payment menu option. No security question or password is required. Use the email account. In the “Message” section, please include your name, address, phone number, amount, and the offering accounts you would like to support. You can give to multiple funds in one transaction. (All undesignated donations will be allocated to the General Fund)
To protect the environment, you can bring your own tableware and dishes for lunch to reduce waste. You are welcome to make a free-will lunch donation, $8 per adult, $4 per child under the age of 12, (lunch donation is not included in the tax receipts).
