- English Online Prayer Meeting will be on every Wednesday at 8 p.m. on ZOOM1 (pw: 4757). Information is on the church website. All are welcome to join.
- Today is the 35th Anniversary Joint Worship. We welcome everyone to come back to celebrate, worship and give thanks to the Lord for his guidance in the past. After worship, please stay a while as we will take a picture with everyone. We also invite you to have lunch together after the worship service.
- Next week, our guest speaker is Rev. Alvin Lau from CBOQ.
- Baptismal/membership class begins Sept. 24. Speak to either Philip or Adi to enroll. Baptismal date is on Dec. 17.
- The Elder Board is resolved to approve our church member Jasmine Zhang as our non-sponsored seminary intern effective from Sept 1st, 2023 to Apr 30th, 2024.
- Plant Swap will be held on Saturday, September 30, at 2-4 pm. This is an outreach event for our community. Contact Jackie Tsang or Janice Liu if you are interested to volunteer. Details in the sign up page. Use code “CCACMembers” for free tickets.
- The wedding ceremony of Chris Cheng & Ariel Tsang will take place this Saturday September 23 at 11am at our church. Everyone is invited to attend and celebrate this joyful moment. Also, please pray that their wedding ceremony would display God’s love and honour Him. Pray that God would bless their marriage.
- To protect the environment, you can bring your own tableware and dishes for lunch to reduce waste. You are welcome to make a free-will lunch donation, $8 per adult, $4 per child under the age of 12, (lunch donation is not included in the tax receipts).
- Beginning with the General Meeting in March 2024, Member voting eligibility will be determined according to the requirements of the current church by-law’s “voting members”. Please be sure to sign in when you attend Sunday Service in order to fulfill the eligibility to vote in the future.
- Offering through E-transfer is now available. From your bank’s website, you can donate via Interac e-Transfer within the transfer / payment menu option. No security question or password is required. Use the email account. In the “Message” section, please include your name, address, phone number, amount, and the offering accounts you would like to support. You can give to multiple funds in one transaction. (All undesignated donations will be allocated to the General Fund)
