Prayer Requests: Day 2
Day 2.
This is the first time that Cornerstone Chinese Alliance Church has sent a short-term mission’s team to Taiwan. We are sending a total of 15 team members and 1 child. Most of team is from Cornerstone, but we also have friends from other churches.
The final destination is Baozhong, a township within the greater Yunlin County (middle of Taiwan). The team will travel by plane from Toronto to Taoyuan Airport. From the Taoyuan Airport (near Taipei), we will then ride a coach south to Baozhong (3 hour ride). And then we will rent a vehicle to drive each day. Pray for safety because none of the team members have experience driving in Taiwan.
Today, I want to introduce another team member. His name is Andy Shang. He attends the Chinese Evangelical Alliance Church of Toronto. Andy is a student that’s graduating in June from the University of Waterloo. He is 23 years old and majors in Computer Science. He will begin his career in Seattle (USA) immediately after the conclusion of this trip.
It is his first time going on an overseas missions trip so he is both excited and nervous. He wants to experience the missions field life and glorify God through it. Please see his prayer requests.
